Apacer | New Disk SSD Turbo II AS602 SandForce based on SF-1222
Apacer Technology recently launched its fastest SSD, however, the model Turbo II AS602, Presented in a format 2.5 inches (As most of the SSD) is an interface SATA 3.0 offering speeds reading and writing of up to 285 MB / s and 275 MB / s, Respectively.
The new unit has memory chips MLC NAND Flash, Driver SF-1222 SandForce, TRIM support, a MTBF (mean time before failure) of 1 million hours, and is capable of reaching up to 30,000 IOPS (inputs / outputs per second) to 13,000 IOPS random read and write.
Apacer SSD has a rugged aluminum housing, is supported by a five-year warranty and has already sent to market sizes 60GB (U.S. $ 172), 120GB (U.S. $ 362) and 240GB (U.S. $ 672).
