The new operator they activated the BIS can not do anything about it, and the previous operator can be difficult to identify and hardly help solve the problem.

This simple guide will help them with this problem. To do need the SIM card from another device BlackBerry BIS active.

Procedure:

Step 1: Insert the SIM Card with BIS BlackBerry device active in the team whose PIN is registered with another provider. Turn on the computer.

Step 2: Go to the BlackBerry portal Operator's SIM card that are using (eg: http: \ movistar.ve.blackberry.com) and enter the account associated with that SIM Card.

Step 3: Upon entering the portal they ask, want to change the PIN: the PIN xxxxxxx: xxxxxxx? To which I must answer yes.

In doing so the BlackBerry PIN was associated with the SIM Card is discharged. And the SIM card remain associated with the new PIN before you are registered with another operator.

Step 4: Once you have done that we must reverse the process. Reassociate the SIM Card with the PIN that you own and so clear the PIN "New."

Change the SIM Card before the BlackBerry device and re-directed to the portal operator's BlackBerry. Log in to the associated account and authorize the new device change. Resend the service books and register with the operator's network. And the device "old must be ready and without problems.

Step 5: Insert the SIM card of the BlackBerry that was registered with another provider. Go to Operator portal and create an account (new users only) or access your existing account.

If an existing account which already had an associated device must re-authorize the new device.

Once this is done can forward the service books and register with the network operator.
