Canon announces new digital cameras Point and Shoot

Canon seems to be immersed in several recent developments. you were presenting the Canon EOS 600DAnd this morning Canon EOS 1100D, now we bring the new compact series Point and Shoot coming in 5 different models.

As characteristics of the Point and Shoot common to the 5 models are: recording in high definition video up to 1080p, HDMI touch screen, GPS and manual controls. Here you will find a brief description of each.

Canon IXUS 310HS: 24mm f/2.0, 4.4x zoom, 12 megapixel sensor and DIGIC 4 image processor. Video recording formats iFrame.

Canon SX230 HS: GPS for tagging photos and videos, and GPS recording function to view the video on Google maps. 12 Megapixel sensor, DIGIC 4 and 14x optical zoom.

Canon IXUS 220HS: 12 Megapixel sensor DIGIC4 processor, 24mm lens c and 5x zoom, at just 19.5mm thick.

Canon IXUS 115HS: 12-megapixel sensor with 28mm lens, a 4X zoom and optical image stabilizer. Compact metal body, and the possibility of dipping into the water.
