MSI just give out your top-end motherboards ATX PC. This is a technological monster named MSI Big Bang Marshall, A name which, for some strange reason, it does remind us of the famous Chuck Norris.
The Big Bang Marshall is a mixture of grandiose figures. The plate shows a format XL-ATX P67 Processor Sandy Bridge, And includes no less than 8 bays PCI Express governed by a bridge chip called Lucid Hydra which specifications are still unknown.
Of those 8 slots, only 4 are 16x, so that in the unlikely event that we wanted to connect eight graphics cards simultaneously, this would be 8x. The board has two connectors 8-pin 12V and an additional third of the same voltage but with 6 pins, lest we run out of power plugs.
Paragraph internal hard drive is covered with four ports SATA to 3GbpsAnd other four SATA to 6Gbps, Two of which are controlled by a Marvell 9128 chip.
Large numbers continue in connections Including a PS / 2, two USB 2.0 ports, eight USB 3.0, two combo ports USB 2.0 / eSATA, FireWire port, two Gigabit Ethernet network inputs and outputs for 7.1-channel audio with SPDIF optical and coaxial S /PDIF out.
The board even comes with three separate chips for the Bios and a few components whose function has not yet been ascertained. The MSI Big Bang Marshall hit stores up to March or April. Price is unknown, although it appears to be one of the more expensive P67 boards to see.
