Occasionally we talked about what it means root access on a terminal Android and how to get in some models. At the beginning and the first terminal to get root access had to do a lot of steps and it was necessary to go through the SDK, for many users this was a major challenge and preferred to do nothing. Over time this technique and these methods have been simplified a lot and even today there applications in the Android Market facilitate you get root access on the terminals.
One such application is Universal Androot, Which is available for download (at the end I leave you the link) and we can with a simple click access to the guts of the terminal. Unfortunately not all terminals support this application and are only listed below:
- Google Nexus One (2.2)
- Google G1 (1.6)
- HTC Hero (2.1)
- HTC Magic (1.5) (Select Do not install Superuser)
- HTC Tattoo (1.6)
