Google Docs lets you insert files via drag and drop

Upon arrival of the office suites found the concept of the cloud was not as installed between us, and still looked far the possibility that a web application might be able to compete, and in some cases overcome, to a desktop. And so much has been about the constant addition of features characteristic of the latter, as that implements Google today: drag and drop files to upload documents Google Docs.

This is a feature that we avoid having to upload files to and from the dialogue a rise of Google Docs, which is based on HTML5 and works in a similar fashion to that already implemented in Gmail, for both upload attachments as downloaded to your desktop.

For now, this feature can be used in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and soon is expected to reach more browsers (eg Internet Explorer and Opera, among others). Link
