This can be Blair O’Neal, who played college golf at Arizona Region University and has gone on to play professionally on the Futures Tour and elsewhere. She’s also gone on to very a successful modeling career, wherever she goes by her first and middle names, Blair Alana.
In fact, her modeling employment has probably eclipsed her golf task – on her myspace profile, she lists “model” previous to “professional golfer” within the “Career” category.
But seeking at her Futures Tour bio, her numbers show lots of on-course potential. In 2005, she made Five of 9 cuts with scoring average of 74.78; in 2006 she created 4 of 6 cuts with a scoring average of 74.81. Those people are genuinely pretty great numbers for the Futures Tour – much better than you see for many other part-time players. Makes me think if she played full-time and committed fully to golf, she’d have a beneficial shot at improving people numbers.
But, given the cash offered over a Futures Tour along with other developmental, regional and overseas tours in women’s golf, it’s a beneficial bet she’s making additional cash modeling. She’s done print work, runway modeling and even a small acting. And she’s been featured twice within the Golf Digest Japan calendar
