When installing the Messenger 2009, we found error message : You can not start the application because its configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem .
After the first or second error mentioned in the previous post shows : You can not log into Windows Live Messenger your contact list is not available at this time, try again later. Error Code 80072f19. or 80072f0d
To fix this open your Internet Explorer then click on the menu Tools then Internet Options - Advanced.
In advanced move down to find Security and we are located in : Check for certificate revocation Editor, Check whether the server certificate revocation * (if they are labeled , Uncheck ).
