Yahoo has announced a new range of products and content to offer users a better Web experience with new social and community features. These updates include the introduction of the new Messenger Beta with new social applications and integrations of Twitter and Zynga in Yahoo.
The improvements of the products to make them more social Yahoo are:
Messenger Beta - Messenger Beta The new addition to voice services which allow free calls from PC to PC and PC to phone calls from 1.2 Euro cents per minute (and free voicemail!), have also added new features that make Messenger a more social, fun and dynamic. Users may from today:
- Playing social games such as Mafia Wars Zynga, Pool OMGPOP or Happy Harvest of Elex.
- Share your Messenger status through social networks as well as view, comment, or putting "like" to the updates made by your friends on other social networks like Yahoo Pulse, Flickr, Facebook and Twitter.
- Chat with Facebook Chat contacts from Messenger.
Use Messenger from the iPhone, Android, Blackberry or any other mobile device connected to the Internet. The design is the same, so the user does not need to learn to use the product every time you change device. - Retrieve the record of conversations from any computer.
With respect to Zynga has just begun the first phase of integration with Zynga to allow users to shoot, play and share the best-known games such as Mafia Wars Zynga and Messenger FishVille in the English version but will be soon released in other languages .
Furthermore Following integration with Facebook, you can now connect Yahoo! with Twitter accounts to see and share the Twitter updates on the main page of Yahoo, in Messenger, Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Press.
